Casa Popoca is a single family 2br/2ba rental home located in Indio, California. It is not a condo. It comes completely furnished, including linens.  Within a two minute walk from the house is a gym, pool, spa, indoor walking track, and golf. The property is named "Casa Popoca" because it is located on a street named Calle Popoca.

Casa Popoca is in a luxury Del Webb 55+ guard-gated community.  At least one guest must be  55 years young. Guests will have access to all the amenities.  

90 days is the minimum stay.  

The maximum occupancy is 4 overnight guests and 6 daytime guests.

The rental fee includes high-speed fiber internet/Wi-Fi, trash service,  landscaping and up to $150 of electric, water and gas per month (tenant pays overages). 

Smoking / vaping is not allowed inside or outside of the property.   

Sorry, pets are not allowed.  

If you book directly with us, it will be less expensive.  Booking through sites like VRBO, etc will include mandatory fees for booking, payments host fees and taxes. Booking directly with us will avoid these fees.

The Primary suite contains a king bed and the Guest bedroom contains a full-sized bed.

Yes.  We provide luxurious linens (100% cotton sheets, blankets, and towels) for both bedrooms and bathrooms.

Yes.  The tenant has use of the garage, which can hold 2 cars.
